HUMAN RIGHTS: GROUP 6
CHILD TRAFFICKING
Child trafficking, according to UNICEF is defined as any person under 18 who is recruited, transported, transferred, harbored or received for the purpose of exploitation, either within or outside a country. In India, there is a large number of children trafficked for various reasons such as labor, begging, and sexual exploitation. We believe that violations of rights have been very common India and people have become accustomed to them and treat them as a part of their life. We want to change this perspective in people and want to find solutions that will stand against any violations to the children as they are the tomorrow’s future.
